Brichaya Shah is the Director of Distance Learning at the Marietta campus, responsible for managing the Distance Learning team, and is the Quality Matters expert on the Marietta campus. Additionally, she leads many technology enhanced course development trainings and provides direct support to faculty, as well as oversees and executes the state authorization and exemption application and renewal process for Kennesaw State University.
